At 18-07 we are privileged to work with many talented women in business, over the past three weeks in the run up to International Women’s Day, we have discussed: Katie Stickley (Founder of Did Teach), Sarah Austin (Founder and CEO of Really Helpful Club) and Leonora Gilliat (MD of Gilliat Moray Ltd and our own Research and Development Director at 18-07).

Katie is an expert in her field – having been a Teacher for 19 years she founded Did Teach to offer bespoke packages for Teachers looking to start a new journey. Our MD and Founder, Milo Skene, and Katie have worked together for a number of years, running career transition workshops for Teachers.
Sarah founded Really Helpful Club in 2014, having previously worked in the City as a Senior Investment Manager. Really Helpful Club is a truly impressive organisation, working with both men and women but crucially working to empower women in business. Really Helpful Club have a strong Directory of Experts, working across all industries from Career Advice to Health and Wellness.
Leonora is an expert in her field, she is a classically trained Executive Researcher and Headhunter having worked for over 15 years across multiple sectors and geographies. Leonora founded Gilliat Moray 10 years ago and joined 18-07 in March 2020. Gilliat Moray are an Executive Search firm working across a diverse range of industries. Leonora is a core part of our 18-07 team and is passionate about looking at the nuances of the individual when considering career choices and new roles.
