Firstly, we hope you had a very happy Christmas – we appreciate that this year has been difficult and we are very much looking forward to bringing in the New Year. On that note, we have a date for your diary, on Saturday 23rd January 2021 9.30 – 11.30 am we will be running our next Virtual Career Transition Workshop for Teachers with Did Teach (https://www.didteach.com/virtual-career-transition-workshop/).
Did Teach is a fantastic community, their Founder: Katie Stickley, is an expert in her field having been a Teacher for 19 years she knows the myriad of skills and experiences you possess. Crucially, she understands how to present your achievements in a highly effective and successful manner. Katie offers bespoke packages for Teachers looking to start a new journey. In our Virtual Career Transition Workshop both Katie and our Founder and MD at 18-07, Milo Skene certified Master Coach, will be guiding you through the intricacies of changing career.
The initial stage of our workshop will be a 1 to 1 virtual meeting with Katie, she will run through your career direction and together you will formulate a strategy for your job search. She will also assist you with your LinkedIn and CV – to ensure you are demonstrating your skills to their upmost advantage both online and on paper. There is then a group workshop with both Milo and Katie, where they will drill down on your CV and interview technique. Finally, there is a closing 1 to 1 session with Milo or Katie on what you feel you most need assistance with. Each of these 3 sessions is tailored to best assist you and your next steps. Both Milo and Katie will continue to be a guiding hand once the workshop has come to a close – both Milo and Katie truly believe in aftercare.
